Trivia:
-First Clay/Lego Animation to use Foley Sound. The Entire video's sound was done on a computer. This created a lot of goofs that were later fixed in the later editions. -First Ubstudios animation to use special effects -Edited on a VHS editor and a Computer -Longest animation made by Ubstudios at that point. -Re-edited and re-released in 2009 as a special "Directors Butt Edition" viewable for the first time, on Youtube. -Changes in the Directors Butt Edition mainly fix some problems with the audio of the film, which was always a problem for director Stuboy. He states that in this edition, the narration is on both channels (left and right) as opposed to one as it was before. -In the latest edition, very few visual changes were made, as Stuboy wanted to preserve that portion as it was. |
Goofs
-Audio problem- Various audio problems are noticeable throughout -Continuity Error- The scenes at the radio station contain a noticeable error -Factual Error- The "heat wave" song at the end is incorrectly attributed in the titles. -Editing error- The film was edited on two machines, an old SVHS system, and a newer digital editor similar to Adobe Premiere. Thus, new artifacts and old alike show up throughout the movie. Also, thanks to analog to digital transfer, the film has a noticeably different aspect ratio. -Visible crew- Director Stuboy's hand is visible at least twice in the film, holding props or opening doors. |
