- Never achieved the grandeur of the first film.

- Focused on a war breaking out started by a fictional people known as the Nagasis. This is a reference to both Nazism and Justin City (1996).

- Contained primitive claymation

- New scenes were filmed in 2002 and the film was ruled complete.

- Filmed at a time of great enlightenment for Ubstudios productions. Armahessian brought the use of special effects into play.

Goofs

-visible camera/crew- Strings are visible on vehicles

-audio problem- Justin messes up his lines as a terrorist, this was left in the film.

-continuity errors- Props and buildings often change positions during cuts, especially after disasters.
