I wont get into too much detail since that would probably ruin it for you. The story is about a senator's intern (Afflacks Intern), who gets mysteriously murdered. Now Fighting Russel and McAdams are on the case to find out who did it. Trouble is, they are news paper reports and no one reads news papers anymore since our country got so dumbed down by the Republicans and Bush over the last 8 years. Will they find the killer? Will they find out who left the half eaten burrito on the news paper managers desk (Helen Big Boobed Miran)? Will they find out who left the Arkansas Steamer floating in the toilet? Who cares.
The movie goes through some twists and not so twists. Some are predictable, some are Kang. Anyway, I do like the message about the movie, (private mercenary armies answer to no one and should not be used in the field of battle) but to be honest, I found the story kind of boring. The acting was ok but I heard Brad Pitt and Edward Norton turned down the main leads (Crowe and Afflack respectively). There might have been a reason. This movie isn't really that good. It is entertaining and at times suspenseful, but wait to rent this one. It isn't worth your 8.5 bucks and sitting next to a fat guy eating pop corn. Unless you pay that price to see Rachel McAdams who is always sexy...oats!!! Anyway 3.4 stars out of 5. No good films yet this year.

Crowe: "So there I was with the two weavels and....oh god damn it... stupid paparazzi. Its time to beat down and start fighting. Where is my tugga?"
McAdams: "Not again Russell. Do you always have to fight around the world? Especially with Tugga?"

Russell Crowe getting escorted to jail by the police minutes after beating up the paparazzi. Looks like he is picking his next target.
