Ell, got the first station of the month yesterday. While driving to work, I heard the distinct dialect of Asian on 1480. They kept on saying Saigon as well. Even though I didn't hear an ID, this can only be one station since there is only one Asian station on 1480. The station is, 1480 KVNR, Santa Ana, CA, Asian. Their call sign is Radio Saigon.
