Ell, i clearly got an ID on this one. I was trying to get 1550 out of SF when instead I was getting this annoying gringo. At the top of the hour they clearly IDed in English and it was none other than 1550 KMRI, from West Valley City, UT. I looked on the Radio Locator site and they say Religious but I just confirmed it by Stuboy that it's a Gringo station. So here it is.
