Julesburg Quick DX results (1/22/05)

After having massively bad turtle from the chilli cookoff in some town in far far eastern Nebraska, I headed home for a little dxing. (The town starts with a V and I think ends with an N.)

Julesburg SW DX netted World Harvest Radio on 7.200 or something mhz. I only had a few minutes before I had to go because I'm here. There is also a new FM dxed station that I have yet to find out the calls. It is on 96.5 and is out of Julesburg itself. Radio Locator is wrong about the calls, but I havent had time to find out on the FCC page.

The town was Venengo and only has a pop of about 100 or so. It will be featured on Spring Vacation 2 coming out this summer.

El, just looked up Venango on the map, thats way the fk in the middle of nowhere, prob a hessian paradise.

That it is, bunch of hesses go nuts and get drunk everytime anything remotely related to a party happens.
