As I get older, I am becoming more of a softy and susceptible to emotions that films are trying to get me to feel. That is a trend I am noticing in the decade that was the 2010s, especially toward the end. The decade didn't really start off strong but is ending that way. I would say 2016 was one of the stronger years in recent memory and the years after having some good shit. A good portion of that is movies for children. Since having one, I see them more often and as fate would have it, they actually are quite strong movies as attested by Coco, one of my favorite of the decade. Of course I am still wrapping up 2019 so this list could and probably will change. Here is the list so far.
