New CO Station from S. CA

Ell, I was out walking and I got KDDZ, Arvada, CO. Had RD on 1680 which is Fresno then went up one and had an ID RD 1690 they said. Right above that heard XEKTT which is now broadcasting in english and Iding as KASH 1700, I also finally heard it ID in spanish as XEKTT Tecate, Baja California. It isnt new, but Ive always wondered about this station, its in TEcate, but its broadcasting to SD, had SD traffic and SD news. Ell roy!
