Proposed Amendment to the DX Season.

Since the sun really doesn't start to come up here in Salt Lake until about 7:30 now, and it gets later every day, I propose amending the date at which the DX season starts to say September 15- March 15.

This is because the greatest chances of getting really far stations happen right before sun up and right after sun down. This morning I was able to hear an Idaho station that would normally require me to go to the PS site but it came in loud and clear right as I got up. Hea hea!

I second that DX rule, putting it into effect immediately.
