Ell, I am pretty sure I finally figured out what the asian station is on 1120. I am sure it is 1120 KZSJ, San Martin, Ca. I was listening to 1120 on the way back and it was coming in strong. At the top of the hour the signal went out and KMOX started coming in. It is definately Asian and I did some research and it looks like KZSJ is one of the only Vietnamese stations in the west. Leeroy has it. Anyway, this has got to be it.

I can only hear this station during the daytime as well, at night KPNW overpowers it.
