Ell, today I got 1440 KINF, Santa Maria, CA, News/Talk today while driving to work. I didn't hear an ID but they were talking about Santa Maria and the local traffic report. They had commercials for Santa Maria too so im pretty sure this is it.
Another topic I would like to discuss is when DX season officially begins. I would say October 1st and it ends at the end of March. What do you stu's think. hea.
P.S. When are you going to start your Art Hess radio show stu. I think it would be fun and you could do more than the movie show. You could still play music but have Leeroy and I call in as experts and we can have an election coverage show or something. Hea.

Ell, I just 100% confirmed 1470 XERCN, Tijuana, Baha California Norte, Mexico. I was listening for it on my Grundig at the top of the hour and I clearly heard them ID and say Baha California a bunch of times. I also went on line and listened to a live broadcast and sure enough it was it. So ell, a new Mexican one.
Another note, do you guys have that link to the website that has all of the Mexican DX stations with their descriptions I sent you in March. I don't have hit since I had to reboot my computer over the summer so I lost all links on my favorite list.

Ell, I dont know if there is an official dx season, thought it is definetly easier to do from oct-march as it gets darker earlier and your stick inside more often.
Ell, I just got 1380 KTKZ Sacramento, CA, News/Talk. I heard Laura Ingraham come on and say, your listening to KTKZ. So elll, another CA. Pretty sure this is it.

Ell, Im surpised you heard that, I do have KTKZ from here but it doesnt come in much at all most nights. I think I heard it originally closer to dusk.
