California DX on such a September Day
This morning I got up bright and early for my ADOT run. On my way to work I got 580 KMJ from Fresno, CA, Talk. I got the idea to DX it from Leeroys DX list. I heard it loud and clear with the ID.
Harry: " Whoa, Jesus, Check out the butt on that one."
Lloyd: "He must work out."

Glad I could be of service. While camping this weekend up in Mendocino County, I listened to AH on KMJ Saturday night as I couldnt hear KSFO. Sunday night I got an AH loud and clear and it ended up being KEX Portland, I was only about 120 miles N of SF. During the day could only pick up very faint radio stations including some from SF, and prob some from Ukiah and Fort Bragg, CA but never confirmed their IDs. 1 FM station too, must have been an NPR translator within 10 miles of where we were.
Oh Leeroy what a knockout!
