This morning Marmalade had to be put down for complications from liver and kidney failure. He was born in April of 1991 and died today August 30, 2006.
Rest in Peace Marmalade, you will be missed. You were our best cat, and no one will ever take that away from you.

Yes, Marmalade "Poohbutt" will be missed. He lived a good life with good people and got beaten occasionally. He helped me get our neighbor Lori as a friend/girlfriend for one summer despite her being Mormon. He also had the trade mark Meow that spurred film companies like MAU Entertainment.
He was the first cat star in our family and stared in such hits as Leprkitty, Malade, Malade 2, Beating Mantha, Catman, and most recently as the flying cat in Melonhead Vision.
Pooh was also a good friend and enjoyed lifting his butt in the air when you pet him. He would sit on your lap and many times beg for food at dinner. He was also a friend of Milo who is now King Milo. He met Cartman twice and they hit it off pretty well.
Marmalade will be missed but he is in a better place now.
