FINALLY

I have finally figured out the problems with the board and have done a fresh install of the newest version. This required me to contact my host (phpwebhosting.com) and email them about the version of PHP I needed (7.3 or better). They put me on 7.4 but said I could go higher if needed.
I did that and installed the board update like it was supposed to but it kept not working. I kept trying and trying and suddenly the board is back to life. All the stuffs are intact too. Wow. Thank freaking god. I thought we lost it for a bit.
