Bigger Avatars then most forums, an incentive

Have that awesomely cool avatar, but come to find it's too big to use on most other forums around the net. Not here at Ubstudios. Post pictures up to 98kb and 200x200 pixels in size. See some of the posters avatars for examples, including mine (MILO OH OH).
