New Canadian station tonight while car DXing while waiting to pick up Carolyn at the BART station.

CBR 1010 Calgary, Alberta News/Information/Public Radio/CBC Radio 1 50/50kW

Second furtherest north station heard from N. CA, CFAC also from Calgary has a transmitter that is located slightly further north. Second Calgary and Alberta station. hea hea

Was playing typical boring ass CBC programming, thought it was the Winnipeg CBW but that is actually located on 990 not 1010.

Even though there is a local station here on the same frequency, it's so low power at night that CBR comes in pretty clear here.
