Restaurant Review for Laramie: The Overland Restaurant

Sometimes we forget to go to "historic downtown Laramie", distracted by the flourescent blinking signs of Applebee's...however the trek has proved worth it this weekend. We visited Overland Restaurant (admittedly, because it was a game night and nowhere else had available seating--except possibly that dump the Terriaki Bowl).
It was very cute! They had tiny vases of small, fresh flowers on the table, and tea candles. (hea!) Once we got over the quaintness and ordered, (and heard all about Justin's latest Brainchild, "Lockdown"), we were very surprised by the the reasonable prices and great food. :o

We have made a plan to visit one quaint, downtown restaurant per week, just to say that we did.

(Sorry, but I guess this means there are more lame reviews to follow... )

Yes, its an idea that I had kind of a cross between collateral and breakdown. It currently is just an idea, I haven't written it down yet but I told Jenn the basic story and what happens.

Btw, that restaurant would be a good place to film something since it reminds me of a 50s restaurant.

That could be kind of cool. A hessboy assassin makes his way to GR and has to complete some kind of mission with coo action sequencies and turtlehead dialgoue, you should write a story for it. Sounds like Stu Supremecy, doh!

No its not like that. The last half of the movie takes place in big city skyscraper so I don't think we'll be able to make it.
