The Best (and Worst) Movies of 1987

Postby Kaing of Kaings » November 21st, 2016, 5:17 pm

1987 was the year we all fell in love with Bigfoot. A Bigfoot named Harry that is. That lovable goof is in one of my favorites of 1987 called Harry and the Hendersons. It was also the year that the Lethal Weapon franchise took off and toilets exploded out of households. Especially Danny Glover's house. It was before he sang the classics so you could understand what he was saying. It was also the year two Hessians in Arizona stole a baby and that the Coen Brothers got their groove. It was Raising Arizona. But the grand daddy of them all, and what has become a Thanksgiving Tradition, the great Planes Trains and Automobiles came out. It truly is a classic and one of the last greats that John Candy, or Steve Martin for that matter, starred in. Lets count them down shall well. And don't forget to Shock the Monkey.
